Planning and timing
Two months is comfortable, and it lets us hold the best light of the season. We have produced proposals in three weeks, and occasionally in ten days when the setting is simple and the dates are flexible. Peak weeks — July, August and the days around Christmas — book earliest.
One call, one round of feedback on the concept, and a confirmation. Everything after that is ours: bookings, permits, suppliers, timings and the on-the-day coordination. Most clients spend under two hours in total.
Regularly. Our core territory is Gipuzkoa and the French Basque coast — San Sebastián, Getaria, Zarautz, Hondarribia, Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz — and we also work in Bilbao, La Rioja and Bordeaux. For anywhere else, ask us; if we cannot do it properly we will say so.
All communication goes to one phone number and one email address that you nominate. Suppliers receive a briefing without names, arrive before you and leave before you do, and nothing is posted publicly until you tell us it is safe.
Booking & payment
There is no fixed price list. Every proposal is quoted individually, because the setting, the styling and the suppliers change with each one. The packages page sets out the three levels of production and what each includes — tell us what you have in mind and you will have a full, itemised quote within two working days, with nothing booked until you approve it.
A deposit confirms your date, and the balance is settled shortly before the day. We invoice by bank transfer, with card payment available on request. Everything is set out in a short contract you sign at the start.
Dates can be moved once at no charge up to fourteen days before, subject to supplier availability. Cancellations are refunded in full minus any supplier deposits already committed on your behalf. It is all written into a short contract you sign at the start.

Every proposal we produce includes a fully planned indoor alternative that is designed to be as good as the original, not a fallback.
Yes, and we recommend it. A reserved table, a hotel suite, flowers waiting in the room, or family flown in and hidden in a nearby bar — the hour after the question is often the part couples remember second-best.
