This website provides information about the design and production of private marriage proposals and lets visitors contact the studio through the enquiry form.

Using this site means you accept these terms. You agree not to:

- Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content

All content on this site (text, photography, design, code and graphics) belongs to Leire Ibáñez Esquisabel or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express written consent is prohibited, except for strictly personal use.
5. Proposal photography and content
Photography and video taken during a proposal are the property of the studio and may be used in its portfolio, website and marketing, unless the client states otherwise in writing. Clients keep a personal-use right over the images delivered to them.
6. Quotes and availability
Any concept or proposal the studio prepares is indicative and is not a binding offer. Engaging the studio requires a signed agreement and payment of the planning deposit. Quotes and the availability of suppliers and venues are confirmed in writing after a discovery call and may change until then.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". The owner does not warrant uninterrupted availability or that the site is error-free, and is not liable for damage arising from use of the site or inability to use it, to the extent permitted by law. The studio takes every reasonable precaution when planning a proposal but cannot guarantee specific outcomes against unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue changes, supplier issues), for which contingency options are maintained.
